Nutrition
CNP CERTIFIED NUTRITIONAL PRACTITIONER Diploma (Dean’s Honour Roll) from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. A CNP designation requires a minimum of 600 hours of training together with an ongoing requirement of annual continuing education courses. Lauren Jawno’s list of credentials also includes the following specialized nutrition training:
- Certificate in Clinical Detoxification, Institute of Holistic Nutrition
- Certificate in Natural Supplementation, Institute of Holistic Nutrition
Fitness
Lifestyle & Leadership Diploma, Seneca College; a leading 2-year fitness training program which includes CPR training.
CPT CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER designation from American Council on Exercise (ACE); one of the largest and most respected fitness certification, education and training organizations in the world. ACE has certification procedures and protocols accredited by an independent third party. Her CPT designation from ACE was achieved through examination, standards of practice and on-going requirements of continuing education courses.

Along with her personal and corporate consulting and public speaking, she is also a Professor of Nutrition at Centennial College Faculty of Health & Wellness. Lauren teaches fitness and sports nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and has taught children about nutrition as part of the ACT NOW Olympic school program, a high energy, interactive health and wellness educational program structured around games.
