Lauren Jawno to Write Nutrition Column in iRun Magazine

Toronto, August 23 2011--In the current issue of iRun Magazine, registered nutritionist and personal trainer, Lauren Jawno shares some crucial 'Nutrition Basics' for all runners.

Jawno has contributed her nutrition expertise in a recent  iRun Runner Makeover for three runners, and has contributed her sports nutrition and training advice to iRun Magazine in the past.

In future issues of iRun, Jawno will now have a regular column. Readers can benefit from Jawno's expertise by submitting a one day food journal which she will analyze and provide her signature straightforward advice for real life.
