"I show people how to make realistic small changes that result in permanent differences to their eating, fitness and lifestyle habits," says Lauren Jawno, nutritionist and creator of the program. "It's called  Change4Good because permanent changes that last is the goal of the program."

It is not a diet. In fact, after completing the Lauren Jawno Change4Good program, participants are equipped with not only nutrition knowledge but life management skills and good habits that will last a lifetime.

"I designed the program around today's reality of a workforce which faces time pressure, business travel, shift work, stress," says Jawno, emphasizing that her focus is on real life solutions.
