Jawno Introduces New Summer Group Programs
June 30, 2008--Lauren Jawno has designed four new programs for groups this summer. Geared for small groups of friends wanting to stay in shape, learn and have fun together this summer, they include: Urban Power Walking, Aqua Fit, Backyard Boot Camp and Fat Loss & Wellness. Programs are only during July and August are a great value and are expected to sell out fast.
Group co-ordinators can take advantage of a special offer for a COMPLIMENTARY PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION until August 31, 2008.
Urban Power Walking
Enjoy 50 minute walks with your friends through Toronto's many scenic green spaces, ravines and parks. But this is no walk in the park! Be prepared to do a little strength training along the way. At the same time, get your nutrition and fitness questions answered.
PRICE: $100 + GST
DETAILS: minimum 5 participants; 3 times per week for best results; location, days and times flexible according to the preference of the group.
Aqua Fit
Everybody into the pool! Invite some friends over and make the most of your pool this summer. Aqua fit classes will focus on toning your body from head to toe.

Backyard Boot Camp
Get ready for some hard core training. Lauren will transform your garden/basement into a "military" workout zone guaranteed to get your heart rate up and your body fat down. Get the neighbors talking!
PRICE: $150 + GST
DETAILS: minimum 5 participants; 3 -4 times per week for best results; location, days and times flexible according to the preference of the group.
Fat Loss & Wellness
Make this your summer of enlightenment. Learn true facts about nutrition and fat loss. During this 8 week program you will be weighed weekly and required to keep a daily food journal. Educate yourself on weight and total wellness.
PRICE: $150 + GST per person (includes comprehensive manual)

With certifications in nutrition, fitness, life coaching from a list of institutions that include the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, American Council on Exercise, Reebok University, Ontario Fitness Council, the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, to name a few, and with a Bachelor of Education, University of Cape Town, South Africa, Lauren Jawno is well equipped to effectively challenge people’s existing habits and lifestyles.
