What is the best type of cardio equipment to use for weight loss?
Honestly, the best type of cardio equipment for any goal is what you are going to enjoy using! If you do not enjoy a particular type of exercise you will not use the equipment and therefore will not get the desired results. So, whatever equipment you decide to use, just make sure that you are working at a high enough intensity for your fitness level and that you are making use of the various programs available on the equipment so that you are always challenging your body.
