Lauren Jawno reviewed and assessed a 1-day food journal for runner and iRun reader, Natalie Giroux.

Jawno's analysis of her journal showed how the timing of Natalie's food intake will affect the types of food she can have and how both timing and food choice will affect her energy and performance during training as well as her rate of recovery.
