A new book release, Get Real, features Lauren Jawno's practical everyday lifestyle advice for real women. Author Patricia Lovett-Reid asked Lauren Jawno along with 25 well-known women from diverse backgrounds including business, arts, sport, media and government, to share their lifestyle knowledge.

Jawno believes "Going on a typical diet is not sustainable. It doesn't teach a long-term, lifestyle approach to nutrition." She advises women to get off the diet treadmill, and to focus on fitting healthy habits into their lifestyle.

According to Jawno, understanding your emotions and positive thinking is key to achieving lifestyle change, "Attitudes become beliefs, which turn into behaviour; inner satisfaction can only occur when we overcome our natural barriers to change."

Lauren Jawno has been providing individual and corporate clients with personalized nutrition, fitness and life coaching for 15 years. Always realistic and practical, Jawno knows that women are juggling busy hectic lives, and need some direction to fit in healthy choices. Her fitness, nutrition and life coaching advice shows people how to make small changes with real impact.
