MY PURPOSE
Why I became a coach
A history of disordered eating, divorce after 13 years, and a mediocre first entrepreneurial venture are all part of my story. Along with an insatiable curiosity for knowing “why.” Thirty-two years ago, I drew a line in the stand to get my disordered eating ordered. Nothing I tried worked well enough. Tired of taking five steps forward and two steps back and constantly putting out fires, I took matters into my own hands. Fast forward past thousands of hours of self-study: all my struggles started with me and were based on outdated, inaccurate data that was informing everything I did. This was not ok. I thought I was running the show. My passion and obsession, which has never stopped, to understand the psychology of human behavior became amplified and has remained the singular focus of my career. My superpower is finding the source of your fires, helping you stop them, and creating new ones on your terms. I’ve run these miles, so you don’t have to. I’m committed to helping female entrepreneurs, executives, and coaches regain control of their lives from the inside out as fast as possible. Life is too short to go slow. Why this sector? I’ve walked in these shoes and those worlds and know them inside and out. This is where I believe I can make the most significant impact. This is my passion and mission. This is why I’m a coach.
